The most important aspect that is helping NCR is centralized repository of photos that can be accessed by everyone in Supply Chain, even when they are working from a different location. Video is helpful, before we had diff systems, one for photos & another one for video, so we were jumping between two systems and it was a pain, I love the new addition, video to the platform. When you add a video that was an entire another process that saves time. It was a big game changer, that was a big improvement you ask me that’s really happy to see.
We took photos with digital camera, it was very difficult to manage the photos. We would spend all day finding Photos. It has worked very well. When we have a claim against us, we can go back to Photos & show that when the product left here it was in good condition. It makes it so easy to retrieve them and sort them. I have two important customers with whom I need to share the Photos, the process is lot easier now, it was a seamless process to learn how to use. My Director has already recommended it to all his facilities, he has recommended to everybody
Reduce freight claims & Chargebacks by 85 to 90%, It has helped win the trust and confidence with the customer. We are able to clearly show the condition of product that left our facility. Our customer has also taken an extra step to integrate it with Accounts Receivable department. Now as the AR people are looking at Photos, they are able to push back on the automatic deductions as a result of chargebacks. We use it for the product that was leaving the facility and for inbound shipments as well, especially to catch damages on inbound product. Also we are able to prove that there were not OSD (Overage, Shortage & Damages) issues.
The customer’s customer claimed there were a couple of damage units, so our customer went ahead and asked us. As we had photos of it and he let them know that we did have those Photos as proof and then the $1900 claim was dismissed. It was so easy to implement, no training required. Anybody with delivery issues would highly benefit, customers with shortages and damages issues would greatly benefit, it works great, it saves money, if you are running a business like this, you need a tool like this.
The amount of rejected loads have decreased significantly WE WILL HAVE 4 to 6 TRAILERS REJECTED PER WEEK, NOW THAT HAS GONE DOWN TO MAY BE 1 A WEEK. It has been a fantastic tool for us - It is very easy to use, it can save a lot of $$$, we are already looking to Upgrade.
Saving about $5K to $10K per month, considering the number of claims that are rejected now, because we are able to show Photos that we did our job right, just the overall increase, the damages we are able to catch and show it to the production org, results in these savings. We export a lot of our products through the containers. This tool is easy to document such loads that are being exported because I can take Photos super fast, upload them to the cloud and the Photos stay there forever. I can share those Photos with anybody, in case of a claims situation or if there any questions on the condition of the product when it was loaded. I find this tool very useful for my business and I would highly recommend for others as well. This tool is fast, easy, and very user friendly. What do you like best about LoadProof?
The best part of this software is the interaction we have with our customer(s) and the conversations and data that we have to back up what we are sending out or receiving should be the correct way we sent it out or the same way the warehouse that sent the product. If there is a discrepancy with an inbound or outbound shipment, we have proof on our end on how it was sent with load bars and air bags, this then can be pushed to the carriers on what happened! Holding everyone accountable to deliver the best product we can is key when building relationships in warehousing. We also like how user friendly the web based software is. Easy set up or users, all information is displayed on a dashboard, there is a place where you can email an entry to whomever you would like, but the receiver is a bit tricky. The email gives a link to the entry, but if that customer is not set up and given credentials, that would block them from seeing the entry. Would there be a way to just send an email but in the email instead of the link to the website, be a download of a .zip file with the pictures in them? That would relieve the need to set up a specific customer to "view" the entry!
What do you dislike about LoadProof?
There isn't anything to dislike about the hardware or software! Maybe a suggestion would be in order, possible to create an export that gives a main .zip file with exported separate files with the specific title. In this case, the individual files would be the shipment IDs that we put in the submission so we can take that and look it up in our WMS. Other than that, this software captures EVERYTHING that we need in the warehouse to succeed! I also added in the "What do you like best..." part that when sending these entries to customers, entering an email address is fine, but the recipient is only getting a link to something they cannot log into; a fix could be to have an export of the entry in a zip file to send instead, so no need to log into a website once or twice and forgetting the username and password. No matter what web browser anyone uses, it doesn't mean that they will never forget your username and password!
What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we didn't know in the beginning is that the software is super user friendly, it's all web based and as long as the people that need to use it have the access to it, makes it even better! After a couple of weeks with the tablets, we have noticed communication on an uptick as when an entry gets entered, an alert is then sent to the team on what was entered. We could even have the export of the entry in the email so logging in isn't always necessary! We also incorporated the tablets to our Guard Shack where they check in and out trailer this is helpful with their 15 sided check when checking in, they can take pictures of the trailer and have a breakdown of what they are seeing so we are safety checking in and out truckers!
Very simple to use, use it in Smartphone/Tablet/Desktop. Retrieval of Photos is very easy.
Eliminated 10 to 15 load rejections per month, 10% of the total loads shipped were rejected, which resulted in saving about $10K per month, because we are able to show Photos that we did our job right. No more culpability - wrong blame, customer relationship has improved significantly.

What do you like best about LoadProof?
LoadProof and my team were able to set up/modify the app to track key operational activities within our warehouse. (Forklift Inspections, Trailer/Shipment Inspections, Inbound Quality Opportunities and Self Audits) Oversight on these key metrics has helped shape the way we accomplish tasks and helped our vendors teach/train their associates making both teams better. The data/pics are easily distributed internally and to partners and have strengthened partnerships throughout our network. Candidly, my team and I have had an incredible experience with the Load Proof team. We've worked together to modify the application to support our needs. I'm very interested in seeing the upgrades that the Load Proof team is working on. (Load Proof tracked metrics vs. internal tracking) This will be a key timesaver for myself and my team.

Paperless Forklift inspections, warehouse self-audits that mirror our client's requirements, tracks inbound quality opportunities that are easily shared with clients and vendors, and data to support continuous improvement ideas (I.E, cost-driven analysis to change vendor pallet labeling requirements will save our client $33K annually) The app is more than a Pic- Taking app, it tracks of key metrics that supports the journey towards operational excellence.
This tool helps to quickly & accurately figure out, incorrect shipments, what is wrong with the shipment and how to streamline processes in the warehouse to reduce man hours spent. It is also really easy to use, it is a life saver.
This tool enables the warehouse team to be accountable for all of our efforts. We are able to show through photos how we loaded the pallets. We strive to make sure the items are delivered in the same condition they left the warehouse. It improves efficiency & reduces cost.
What do you like best about LoadProof?
LoadProof has been a game-changer for our brand's experience in utilizing 3PL fulfillment providers for freight storage and shipments. Previously, the 3PLs would have to take photos of each load and upload it to an email or to a shared folder for us to receive the photos. It was a manual and tedious process that could result in the 3PL either forgetting to upload the photos and/or providing poor-quality photos. LoadProof is a much quicker and more intuitive platform that gives us the info/photos we were hoping for.
LoadProof gives us confidence and peace of mind knowing that we'll be able to confirm that freight shipments are being handled as expected. And that if an issue does arise, such as damaged freight while in transit, we can use LoadProof to identify the issue to find out if it was due to poor packing/stacking, poor pallet wrapping, poor loading, aggressive driving by the truck driver, etc.
What do you dislike about LoadProof?
I cannot think of anything that my team doesn't appreciate about Load Proof. It is a crucial safety blanket service that our 3PL provides to troubleshoot freight shipments that were damaged while in transit. It helps us identify the root cause of the damage, whether it's poor packing, wrapping, or loading by the 3PL. Or if the truck driver was driving erratically with aggressive acceleration, braking, and turning.
What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?
LoadProof helps streamline the working relationships with our 3PLs. It gives us the necessary visibility to gain confidence in our 3PLs operations while keeping the 3PLs and freight drivers accountable for any potential failures. In such a case where a failure does occur, we can identify the root cause and file for reimbursements as needed.
With this system, it is so easy to show we did our job right, by retrieving photos, even though we did our job weeks or months ago. Vendors were able to look at the images whenever they want.
What LoadProof does is it enables us to have these pictures stored by the Order to be able to pull them and show them to the customer. Having access to those pictures, having a place to store them, getting them off of people’s phones, not having to deal with, this person no longer works here, they took the photos, well now with LoadProof, it has been very helpful from that standpoint. What do you like best about LoadProof?
My company started using Load Proof earlier this year to document inbound and outbound loads and have been extremely happy with the software. Operators in the warehouse have an easy time submitting photos and documenting the condition of our product. The dashboard makes it easy to sort, review, and report on damages, and we've recently enabled automation to notify customers directly when damages occur. We've since expanded to multiple sites and are planning to add safety reviews, GEMBA walks, and several other items to our portfolio with LoadProof. The customer service and responsiveness with the team has been exceptional, and whenever we come across a feature that isn't part of the system, the LoadProof team is always happy to review and potentially add to the next wave of updates.
What do you dislike about LoadProof?
There isn't anything significant that we've found in the system that we don't like. There are features we'd like to see in future releases, but the team is always happy to discuss and review for future builds.

Having a document repository for all of our inbound and outbound loads with photos has been a game-changer for us. Filing claims with truck or rail providers is much easier, and conducting root cause analysis on damages is much faster.
It helps since the platform allows you to upload after taking the Photos without needing to use cables. It is a big asset at our site, since it is so easy to download onto phones and iPads.
LoadProof has dramatically decreased our damage rate, especially on Inbound Shipments. We are able to put pressure on the mills that manufacture paper rolls now. Having everything in one place, having the description, having the Carrier, having the Trailer number, having the reason when we open the trailer door, having that real time capture of photos to look at it later, instead of trying to remember later, has helped us out astronomically !!
